An ink pad which contains pigment-based ink. This allows for the pigment to dry as a coat on top of the paper. Even surfaces give better coverage. Sticks to most porous materials, but also glass and plastic. Dries after only 3 seconds on porous surfaces, but the time can take up to 5 minutes on flat bases like glass and plastic. The package includes a dry ink pad and an ink bottle for staining and refilling the stamp pad. The ink is waterproof. Clean stamps immediately after use.
