Applicability

These purchase conditions are applicable in the event that Swedish or other law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with it. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply.

Ordering

All orders are placed via the webshop. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the customer's guardian's permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Orders made in the name of another person without their consent, or in any other way that results in Gummiapan suffering financial or other damage, will be reported to the police.

Secrecy

When you as a customer place your order, you also agree that Gummiapan saves and stores customer data in a customer register for processing orders/orders and possibly customer follow-up. Gummiapan does not disclose the data to third parties. If you as a customer wish to be deleted from the customer register, just contact Gummiapan. This applies if nothing unforeseen occurs, such as a data breach, computer virus, theft, etc. that is beyond Gummiape's control.

All prices stated on the webshop include 25% VAT and are based on cash payment. Cash payment means direct payment through PayPal.

101-250 g – SEK 54

If you choose this option, Gummiapan is only responsible for the delivery until the shipment has been submitted to Posten.

2001-5000 g - SEK 99

The package is trackable.

If you choose this option, Gummiapan is responsible for the shipment.

The shipment is trackable and insured up to SEK 2,000.

Delivery times

Gummiapan packs and ships the order no later than the day after the order is received, but it is our ambition to ship the same day! In case of high load, however, delays may occur.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is possible free of charge until the time the order has been processed. Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. If we have processed your order, you as a customer are in all cases obliged to receive the shipment. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation of this has been received from us.

Right of withdrawal

As a private person, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. To request the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, you contact Gummiapan. Returning goods with reference to the Distance Contracts Act is at the customer's expense, as the Distance Contracts Act does not give the customer the right to request reimbursement of costs for transport or other services performed. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If you wish to return something, always contact Gummiapan first via email.

When purchasing a Christmas calendar that is custom-made, pre-ordered or otherwise adapted especially for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Customs

We reserve the right to refuse international orders. Approved international orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival in the destination country. You are responsible for paying all applicable customs and import duties, and you acknowledge that failure to do so may result in your order being held by customs. We are not liable for any costs incurred in the release of your order, including reimbursement for any customs or import duties paid.

Complaints

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, private individuals have a three (3) year right of complaint regardless of the warranty period that applies to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the fault was discovered. It is in the case of a complaint after the warranty period has expired that the buyer must prove that the fault complained of already existed at the time of delivery.

Returns

Gummiapan reserves the right to replace a defective item with an equivalent item. When returning, the customer must always contact Gummiapan first to get information on how to make the return. Only unopened packages are accepted for return. Reimbursement to the customer takes place within fourteen (14) days if the return is correct.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances, as well as a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affects agreements and commitments on the part of Gummiapan, which means that Gummiapan cannot keep the said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for Gummiapan being released from its obligations to fulfill said agreement.
